About Me
I believe art is more than reach, numbers, or trends. Art is expression, conviction, and responsibility.
I work with artists because I believe in real collaboration not exploitation, not short-term deals, and not contracts that distribute power unfairly. My work is built on respect, transparency, and trust. On equal footing.
I am an agency, a manager, and a creative partner. I don’t just book performances, I support people. I think strategically, long-term, and human. My goal is to make artists visible without bending them.
Fairness is not a marketing phrase to me, it is the foundation.
Artists keep their rights.
They understand what is happening. They participate in decisions about their art, their public image, and what they stand for.
A central part of my work is responsibility toward the outside world.
I reject hate speech, racism, discrimination, and degrading representations no matter who they target.
Not for image reasons, but out of conviction.
Art can be loud, honest, and uncomfortable but never disrespectful.
Social engagement is not an add-on for me; it is part of the concept.
A portion of revenue from gigs, productions, and agency work goes into charitable projects.
Where donations go is decided together through dialogue, transparently and regularly.
I don’t work with everyone.
And not everyone is right for me.
But when we work together, we do it properly: as partners, clearly, and with commitment.
My goal is not control.
My goal is development.
Not faster, but more sustainable.
Not louder, but more honest.
If you are looking for an agency that simply places you, there are many.
If you are looking for someone who walks with you, you’re in the right place.
